Join us as we partner with the Southwark Heritage Centre for an archaeological adventure. Discover Roman objects discovered here by archaeologists, make a mosaic and handle some museum objects.

Monks and Medicine

Wednesday 23rd August, 11.00-12.30 and 13.10-14.30

Explore the connection between our Cathedral and St Thomas' Hospital. Learn about the monks who lived here and our medicinal past. Handle historic medicinal objects with the Old Operating Theatre team and make a sweet-smelling herb bag. Younger children can search for our hidden monk teddy bears.
