The minimum number of people per group for a guided tour is 10.
Larger groups will be divided into smaller groups. Please note we don't arrange guided tours for groups which are less then 10 people.

Sunday is our day of worship. Due to services taking place on a Sunday we do not take group bookings for this day and there is to be no tours or group visits on this day. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note that due to how busy we are with services and Christmas concerts during December we don't take any group bookings for this month.
All profits generated by Group Visits are used to help maintain the ministry and fabric of Southwark Cathedral.
Hourly Prayers
The Cathedral has established the practice of having hourly prayers throughout the day from 10.30am to 4.30pm. These are led by our Day Chaplains and last approximately two minutes. During the prayers, all visitors are requested to remain still and are invited to join in saying The Lord's Prayer, in their native language.
The Harvard Chapel
The Harvard Chapel is reserved for private prayer. Groups may enter this chapel but Group Leaders are not permitted to speak to their members whilst in the chapel, take photographs or play music. Please be mindful of other visitors who may be praying in this chapel.
