Job Vacancies at Southwark Cathedral

Choral Scholar  (Tenor)

Southwark Cathedral is looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic tenor at the start of their musical career for a year-long choral scholarship. The successful candidate will sing as a full member of the Cathedral Choir alongside our professional Lay Clerks, gaining valuable experience in a busy choral foundation and receiving mentorship from the Cathedral’s music team. Opportunities may also be available to work with probationary choristers and the Junior Choir, as well as participate in recitals and partnership projects.

Closing date: Wednesday 19 August 2026, 11.59pm. Interviews and auditions will take place on Friday 4 September 2026.
