Act of Remembrance for the London Bridge Attack


Held in Cathedral Square

 A short act of remembrance in Cathedral Square (opposite the Cathedral) commemmorating the eighth anniversary of the terrorist attacks on London Bridge and Borough Market. 

Attended by the Dean and Bishop of Southwark, religous, political and community leaders. 


On 3 June 2017 terrorists attacked the community around the Cathedral.

Eight people died, many others were injured and countless others were traumatised. The Cathedral building was damaged during the attack more more importantly the community we serve was scarred by the experience.
