​Learning sessions run in the AM and PM on Tuesdays-Fridays subject to availability. We advise booking a term ahead of your visit as we get booked up quickly. All sessions are fully guided by our experienced Learning team.

Please note that we do not book any school visits on Mondays. 

Timings

Full day: 10.45-14.15 (arrival and welcome 10.20) including a 60 minute lunch break with lunch space included in your booking
AM only sessions: 10.45-12.00* (arrival and welcome 10.20)
PM only sessions: *13.00-14.15 (arrival and welcome 12.45)
 
* this can be extended to a 13.00 finish to include a 60 minute lunch break if you a booking a lunch space
**you can book to arrive at 12.00 for a 60 minute lunchbreak on arrival if you a booking a lunch space

 

If you are bringing two classes you need to book both AM and PM. Your classes will do a trail and a workshop in parallel and swapping either side of lunch.

We can only accomodate a maximum of two classes together. If you wish to bring more than two classes you will need to visit across more than one day.

Prices for 2025-2026

Interactive Cathedral Trail: £4.50 per pupil - this is a half day visit 

Interactive Cathedral Trail plus Hands-On Workshop: £7.95 per pupil - this is a full day visit 

If you are booking for two classes to come together in parallel you need to book a full day visit (trail + workshop)

Lunchspace

Full day bookings: lunch space for each class is inclouded in the price of £7.95 per student

Half-day bookings: if you wish to book a lunchspace there is an additional charge of £50 per class which is subject to availabilty at the point of booking.

If you are ready to book, please send us a booking request email to learningcentre@southwark.anglican.org with the following information:

  • School name and postcode
  • Preferred dates (at least three and we will do our best to accommodate, but please note that slots are limited. Please note, we do not offer any school visits on Mondays.)
  • Year group
  • Number of students and number of classes
  • Requested Cathedral trail and/or hands-on workshop
  • Lead teacher name and contact detail
  • Topic(s) students are studying that this visit will support 
  • Any SEND needs/access requirement for your group

We will be in touch as quickly as we can to confirm your booking.

​Booking Terms and Conditions

These will be sent to you as part of your booking information pack once your visit is confirmed along with our invoice. Payment should be received 14 days after confirmation of booking and cancellation must be in writing 28 days or more ahead of your visit.
