The Feast of the Ascension is celebrated forty days after Easter Day and that is on Thursday 26 May.

The day begins with a trip up the tower with the Dean (weather permitting) to sing God's praises, to hear the story from the Acts of the Apostles and to say our prayers looking across the city. (NB it is a real climb so is not suitable for those with mobility or heart or breathing issues).
