Support for the Learning’s Work
Between September 2019 and March 2020, we worked with approximately 4,500 children and were well on track for our usual 6,000 visitors during the academic year. As the Cathedral’s most extensive social outreach project, we had also begun to extend our work to better meet the needs of children and families.
Of course, the national lockdown changed all of that. We are looking at how we can begin to support schools, children and families again but at the moment, our work generates no income, putting the future of the Centre at significant risk.
