Shelagh Mcdonough's remarkable fundraising for St. Christopher's Hospice

Shelagh Mcdonough is 83 and has lived in West Norwood for the last 32 years.

Earlier this year, Shelagh undertook an epic road trip across five South East London boroughs on her mobility scooter to raise money for St Christopher's Hospice where she is receiving care.

During this time, we was delighted that Shelagh found time to visit the Cathedral, where she met The Very Reverend Andrew Nunn, Dean of Southwark and Councillor Charlie Smith, Mayor of Southwark who presented Shelagh with a personal letter from the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.
