Wednesday 3 June is the Third Anniversary of the terrorist attack on London Bridge and the Borough Market. We will be marking the anniversary with a service which will be broadcast from the Cathedral at 10am that day. The timing has been chosen to enable relatives of the victims in Australia to join us as well as those from mainland Europe.

There will be contributions from Peter John OBE, Leader of Southwark Council, families of the victims, Frances Goodchild of the Cathedral's Unity Group leading us in the Litany of Reconciliation and Bishop Christopher Chessun, the Bishop of Southwark.  The Officiant will be the Dean and the homily will be delivered by Preb. Jonathan Osborne, Chaplain to the Metropolitan Police Force and Honorary Minor Canon at the Cathedral.

Please pray for all those who will be taking part and all who will join is in remembering and praying from across the world.

Unchanging God,
as time moves on, you remain constant,
as year rolls into year, you are as you are.
Hold us in your love
as we remember again
the events that took loved ones from us,
the events that changed our lives,
the events that bring us here.
Bring us through this present time
to the brink of your eternity
where with all we love
we will be enfolded in you
for ever and ever.
