Cathedral Bellringers in National finals

The Dean and Chapter of Southwark wish their ringers well and much luck in the National Twelve bell Finals at St Paul’s Cathedral on Saturday July 4th.

On Monday 29th June, the Southwark bellringers practised at St Peter Mancroft, Norwich, in preparation for the National 12-bell final this Saturday at St Paul's Cathedral.  They were joined by a sound crew and Evan Davies from the Today programme.  They interviewed three of the band, took recordings of their ringing and recorded some video footage of Michael Uphill teaching Evan to ring.
