A spectacular candlelit service combining music and readings to mark the beginning of the season of Advent.
We begin in darkness, and as our candles are lit, the whole Cathedral is gradually filled with light, and we look forward to the coming of Christ into our world.
The service sees the Cathedral Choir move around the building allowing the congregation to experience the choir’s music from different parts of the Cathedral, creating an exceptional atmosphere.
All are welcome. No tickets required.
